Learn how to get more value for your food dollars with budget-friendly meal planning. Topics include getting better value at the supermarket, where to find budget-friendly produce, and proper food storage to prevent waste. A prep session will feature making a nutrient-dense low-cost breakfast.

Exercise, Eat, and Enjoy

Get your weekend off to an energetic start with this Saturday morning exercise class, followed by a healthy, light, continental-style breakfast from Sugar x Butter.
Best for those able to work out at a moderate or vigorous level.
The fee for each session is $10.
